Production technology
The production of particleboard is a multi-stage process based on precision and innovation. The raw material (wood chips) undergoes cleaning, drying and grinding to a uniform fraction. The shavings are mixed with eco-friendly resins and formed into a "carpet" that is pressed under high pressure and temperature. The finished boards are cooled, ground and trimmed to the desired dimensions.
Our factory
The modern enterprise with an area of 20,000 m² is equipped with European equipment and digital control systems. The capacities allow for the production of up to 500,000 m³ of boards per year, including laminated and moisture-resistant models. A staff of engineers and technologists with experience of 5 years ensures the smooth operation of the lines 24/7.
